Below are our standard services and rates. Flexible payment options are available.

Unless otherwise noted, rates include document and interview preparation (where applicable).

Rates do not include filing/processing fees or fees associated with appeals, requests for evidence, or audit responses.

Please note that each case is unique and rates may differ depending on facts and circumstances unique to your case.

Cases requiring a co-sponsor for financial support will incur additional expenses to what is listed below.

All potential clients receive a formal quote prior to entering into an attorney-client relationship with our firm.





Family-Based Immigration

Green Card - Immediate Relative

$2500+

Persons who are an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen may eligible to become a lawful permanent resident (get a Green Card) based on family relationship and meeting certain eligibility requirements.

Green Card - Preference Category

$2500+ (Visa available); $2000+ (Visa not yet available)

Persons who are a relative of a lawful permanent resident or are a non-immediate relative of a U.S. citizen may also be eligible to become a lawful permanent resident (get a Green Card).

These relationships are referred to as family “preference immigrant” categories:

  • First preference (F1) - unmarried children, at least 21 years of age, of U.S. citizens;

  • Second preference (F2A) - spouses and children (unmarried and under 21 years of age) of lawful permanent residents;

  • Second preference (F2B) - unmarried children, at least 21 years of age, of lawful permanent residents;

  • Third preference (F3) - married children of U.S. citizens; and

  • Fourth preference (F4) - siblings of U.S. citizens (if the U.S. citizen is at least 21 years of age).

Green Card through Marriage - Remove Conditions

$1500+ (Joint); $2000+ (Waiver)

Persons who obtained 2-year conditional permanent resident status through marriage need to apply to remove the conditions.

Fiance

$1500+

For U.S. citizens who want to bring their foreign fiancé to the U.S. to get married.

Employment-Based Immigration

EB-1 (First Peference)

$6000+

For persons with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, or multinational executives or managers.

EB-2 (Second Preference)

$5000+

For persons holding an advanced degree or its equivalent, persons with exceptional ability, and those seeking a national interest waiver.

EB-3 (Third Preference)

$5000+

  • Skilled workers - persons whose job is not temporary or seasonal and requires a minimum of 2 years training or work experience.

  • Professionals - persons whose job requires at least a U.S. baccalaureate degree or a foreign equivalent.

  • Other workers - persons performing unskilled labor requiring less than 2 years training or experience, not temporary or seasonal.

EB-5​ (Fifth Preference)

For investors - minimum investment of $900,000 or $1,800,000 depending on location of investment.

Green Card through Investment - Remove Conditions

For persons who obtained conditional permanent resident status through entrepreneurship and want to remove the conditions.

E-1 Visas (Traders)

For persons seeking entry to the U.S. to engage in international trade on their own behalf.

E-2 Visas (Investors)

For persons seeking entry to the U.S. when investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.

H-1B Visas (Specialty Occupations)

For persons who who seek employment in a specialty occupation.

H-2A Visas (Temporary Agricultural Workers)

For U.S. employers or agents who seek to bring foreign nationals to the U.S. to fill temporary agricultural jobs.

H-2B Visas (Temporary Non-Agricultural Workers)

For U.S. employers or agents who seek to bring foreign nationals to the U.S. to fill temporary non-agricultural jobs.

H-3 (Trainees or Special Education Exchange Visitors)

For aliens coming temporarily to the U.S. as either a trainee or special education exchange visitor.

I-1 (Foreign Media Representatives)

For foreign media representatives whose activities are essential to the functions of their organization.

L-1A Visas (Executive or Manager Transferees)

For U.S. employers seeking to transfer an executive or manager from a foreign office to a U.S. office. Also for foreign companies without a U.S. office seeking to establishing one.

L-1B Visas (Specialized Knowledge Transferees)

For U.S. employers seeking to transfer an employee with specialized knowledge from one of its foreign offices to one of its U.S. offices. Also for foreign companies without a U.S. office seeking to establish one.

Other

B-1 Visas (Business Visitors)

$750

For persons seeking to participate in business-related activities in the U.S.

B-2 Visas (Recreational Visitors)

$750 (no sponsor needed); $1000 (sponsor needed)

For persons seeking to visit the U.S. for recreational purposes, such as tourism, visiting friends or relatives, rest, certain medical treatment, activities of a fraternal, social, or service nature, or to participate in an amateur sporting event.

J-1 No Objection Waiver

$1500+

For J-1 visa holders who are required to, but can't, return home for two years. A waiver is required. Please inquire if seeking a J-1 waiver for other reasons.

T-1 Visas (Trafficking Victims)

2500+

For persons who are human trafficking victims and have assisted law enforcement in an investigation or prosecution of human trafficking.

U-1 Visas (Crime Victims)

$2500+

For persons who are victims of certain crimes, have suffered mental or physical abuse, and assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.

Citizenship through Naturalization

$2000+

Process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills all requirements.

Diversity Visa Lottery Entry

$500

The U.S. annually admits a limited class of immigrants known as “diversity immigrants,” from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the U.S. Interested persons are required to submit an entry during the open period.

Green Card Replacement

For persons who need to to replace or renew a Green Card.

Removal Proceedings

For persons who have received a Notice to Appear in immigration court for charges related to inadmissibility or deportability.

Travel Document Only

Unlawful Presence Waiver

For persons who are eligible for an immigrant visa (family-based, employment-based, or Diversity Visa recipients) but have accrued more than 180 days of unlawful presence while in the U.S. and must attend a visa interview abroad.

Work Permit Only

$500+

Certain persons already in the U.S. can apply for employment authorization. Others who have an immigration status allowing them to work may apply for an Employment Authorization Document that shows such authorization.
